Cristina Lewis specializes in the areas of Aviation Law; Corporate and Commercial Law; Property Law, Environmental Law and Securities.

She has worked with special emphasis on Commercial and Administrative Law, particularly in the areas of Aviation Law, mainly advising clients in the financing, acquisition, and leasing of aircrafts and their registration with the competent authorities; advising local and foreign banks on mortgage financing for the acquisition of private and commercial aircrafts.

She has participated in merger and acquisition processes; public offerings and advising in general regarding securities.

She has wide experience advising companies regarding power generation from renewable sources and environmental implication. Advising in the acquisition and sale of real estate and the development of commercial and touristic real estate projects.

She is member of the Panamanian Bar Association, International Who’s Who Historical Society, Phi Beta Kappa and Pi Sigma Alpha.
