"On the 19th of January of 2009, Galindo, Arias & Lopez was invited to make a presentation to a group of 20 MBA students from Yale University. The topic of the presentation was “Doing Business in Panama”.
Yale University has recently changed its MBA curriculum to offer its students the international orientation needed to success in the new Globalization era, hence each year the 200 MBA students in the program travel to different destinations around the world to study the local business environment.
One of the destinations for this year was Panama, where the students were going to learn about ecotourism, conservation, development, and public/private/non-profit organization working in the sector. The trip to Panama was compound with a trip to Costa Rica to make a comparison of the development experience between the two countries.
