Cardoze & Lindo, SA, a Panamanian company, who represented Caterpillar in the sale and rental of heavy equipment in the Republic of Panama for more than half a century, recently completed the sale of the majority of its assets to Importadora Industrial Agricola, S.A., an Ecuadorian company. Galindo, Arias & Lopez acted as the legal advisor for Cardoze & Lindo, SA in all aspects of this four month transaction including corporate, fiscal and labor advice.
