Experience
Private practice with GALINDO, ARIAS & LOPEZ since 2000, with emphasis on banking law and civil contracts; GALA's external legal advisor representing Banco Continental de Panamá (2000-2001), serving on the team of lawyers that handled due diligence matters between Banco Continental and Banco Internacional de Panamá (Bipan) to enable the merger between Banco Continental and Banco Alemán Platina; an expert in banking contracts and both local and foreign banking regulations.
