Experience
Private practice in GALA SERVICES (BVI) LTD., a subsidiary of the GALINDO, ARIAS & LÓPEZ Law Firm since 1989, with emphasis on Commercial Law, particularly in the area of mergers and acquisitions. Was part of the legal team which handled one of the most important merger processes to have taken place in the Panamanian industrial sector. Also provides counsel in the area of Securities Law to national and foreign companies regarding the process of issuance and registration of stock and other corporate assets. She currently has under her responsibility the Department of Foreign Companies of the Firm. Finally, she complements her consulting in the areas of Tax and Corporate Law.
