Private practice with GALINDO, ARIAS & LOPEZ since 1997, with special emphasis on Commercial and Administrative Law, particularly in the areas of Aviation Law, mainly advising clients in the financing, acquisition, and leasing of aircrafts and their registration with the competent authorities; registration and approval of repair stations; advising local and foreign banks on mortgage financing for the acquisition of private and commercial aircrafts; participation in merger and acquisition processes; public offerings and advising in general regarding securities. Advising companies regarding power generation from renewable sources and environmental implication. Advising in the acquisition and sale of real estate and the development of real estate projects in general.
