Legal counsel (since 1977) of Petroterminal de Panamá, S.A. and Secretary on the Board; Director and President of Clínica Hospital San Fernando, S.A.; Director of Desarrollo El Dorado, S.A.; President of Cines Dorados, S.A.; Director of Diesel Engine Services; Legal Counsel to Empresa de Distribución Eléctrica Metro Oeste (UNION FENOSA); Founding Partner and Director of Térmica de Noreste, S.A.; Paso Ancho Hydro Power Inc. and Director Secretary of Térmica del Caribe, S.A.
