Legal counsel (since 1977) of Petroterminal de Panamá, S.A. and Secretary on the Board; Director and Vice President of Clínica Hospital San Fernando, S.A.; Director of Direct Vision, S.A.; Desarrollo El Dorado, S.A.; President of Cines Dorados, S.A.; Legal Counsel to Empresa de Distribución Eléctrica Metro Oeste (UNION FENOSA); Founding Partner and Director of Térmica de Noreste, S.A.; Paso Ancho Hydro Power Inc. and Térmica del Caribe, S.A. Director of Televisora Nacional, S.A. Has participated in major and controversial litigation both thru arbitration as well as in the civil courts of Panama.
