Private practice with GALINDO, ARIAS & LOPEZ since 1990, with emphasis on providing legal counsel to multinational corporations dedicated to serving the public utilities sector in connection with energy distribution companies and legal representation before Panama's regulatory authority, known as the Autoridad Nacional de los Servicios Públicos; plays leading role in court claims brought against insurance companies resulting from looting that occurred on December 20, 1989; Tax Collection Officer for Panama's Treasury Department, and later legal counselor for the Regional Revenue Service Administration (1981-1984); extensive experience in civil, commercial, and administrative procedural law.
